Williamson 2022 Proposed Values Released on 3/31

Austin homes are among the most overvalued in the United States. According to a study conducted by researchers from Florida Atlantic University and Florida International University from March this year, "homebuyers in Austin are paying nearly 51% more than expected for houses."

If there was ever a year to make sure you kept your property taxes under control, this is the year to do it. Search for your home's 2022 property value on the Williamson CAD website.

Why Protest with Us?

Homes Are Us
We do homes, not commercial properties. Homes are all we do and we do them better than most. We give each property the attention it deserves so you get the value you deserve.
97% Return
The majority of our clients choose to return to Property Tax Protest year over year to fight their increasing property taxes. Their results compound over time into significant savings.
Below Market Value
In a rising market, comparable sales alone won't cut it. You will also need to prove your property is assessed unequally. When successful, Inequality of Appraisal always results in a value below market. Here's how we'll do it for you.

How does it work?

1. Authorize an Agent
In order for an agent to protest on your behalf,  you must authorize them to work with your residential property in Travis County.
2. Build a Case
Utilizing Travis County property tax data; build, analyze and present the best evidence to support your protest for a reduced market value.
3. Fight for a Reduction
After a successful protest bringing down the market value of your property, you save money. We only charge 1% of the successful reduction we achieve on your property. If there's no reduction, there's no fee!
