For homes valued under $500,000 we will file your protest and represent you before the Appraisal District and/or the Appraisal Review Board for a flat fee of $299 versus (not plus) 40% of your tax savings.

For homes value at $500,000 and above we will do it for a $299 retainer versus (not plus) 35% of your tax savings. For homes valued over $1,000,000 we will be pleased to discuss other arrangements on a case by case basis at (469) 449 9835.
