$299 for values to and including $500,000
$399 for values over $500,000
$499 for values over $1,000,000
$599 for values over $2,000,000
Or, for values over $1,500,000 a contingent fee capped at $699
$500 Arbitration Fee

That's it -- NO PERCENTAGES for residential properties.

For commercial properties we charge a percentage of your savings.

Our goal is to reduce your Market Value and your property taxes.

We may resolve your value by compromise at the district level or take it to the Appraisal Review Board.

When we have results we'll advise you by email what further recourse you may have -- including Arbitration.

And if we achieve less for you than we think should have been achieved we'll invite you back next year at a discount.

Consider Arbitration

Arbitration is available after your residential property value has been sustained or even reduced by the Appraisal Review Board. Arbitration can reduce it further.

And, for our clients, we'll share the risk with you!

Arbitration offers an uneven playing field, tilted in your favor. Last year we succeeded in every case we took to Arbitration and our total reductions from Arbitration were more than double our reductions from the ARB on those properties.

If we believe you are entitled to a reduction you did not receive from the ARB -- or to a further reduction below what you did receive -- we'll share the $500 Arbitration fee risk with you. If, after reviewing the case we don't elect to share the risk, then you probably don't have a case worth pursuing on your own.
