- SEND NO MONEY to Property Tax Protest.
- We will notify you when we have confirmed that your protest hearing date has been scheduled to coincide with ours and we will request payment.
- After receipt of payment we will represent you at the Appraisal Review Board and, if you don't get the value we believe you are entitled to, also at binding Arbitration at no additional risk to you.
In 2009 we were successful in every case we took to Arbitration. Our clients' aggregate reductions were triple those granted by the Appraisal Review Board. Of course, past history is no guarantee of future performance. Your results will depend on the merits of your case.
